On March 7-11 2016, in the city of Paris, France Professor Carlos Alario (Universidad Carlos III de Madrid) promoted the MOOC-Maker project during the Mobile Learning Week “Innovating for quality” organized by Unesco.
Professor Alario participated as speaker at the Panel discussion No. 3 “Enhancing, management, planning and evaluation” as part of the Symposium UNESCO´s work in mobile learning.
